Post Box Service

We also offer a discreet and unique private Box Number (Mailbox) Service. This service differs from our Mailing Address by way of how the address appears.  Unlike our Mailing Addresses, with our Post Box Service there is no physical road or street name, but simply a Post Box number at our WC1 postcode. Our Post Box Hire Service is useful in situations where a physical street address presence is not required or perhaps where a total anonymous presence is intended.

* The box number consists of 4 numbers and is automatically allocated to you. You can nominate a preference of a box number or even a box name/keyword of your choice (subject to availability).

Mail received at your Post Box can either be forwarded on to you or may be collected from our office in Holborn.  The Forwarding Service is included in our rates, plus postage at Royal Mail rates.  Postage costs are deducted from an initial float provided. There are hundreds of reasons why companies and individuals from all over the world are using our services - some common examples are . . .

  • Frequent travellers - a central location for your mail to be received - we forward to you as you move around, or we can hold for your instructions.

  • Anonymity (where an anonymous presence is intended).   Unlike state-run PO Box Services, we will not pass your details to anybody under any circumstances unless we are summoned by law.

    Our service is unique in the sense that unlike the traditional PO Box service, we do not disclose your private details to any third party.

    Forwarding / Collection  Service . . . your mail held or forwarded on to another address

    Most of our clients have their mail forwarded to them.   Mail received can be securely forwarded on to you - perhaps to your home, your office or another address of your choice.  This can be as often as you wish - daily, weekly or monthly - you choose!.   The Mail Forwarding Service is included in our rates, with the exception of postages incurred by us at cost.   Your mail is sorted, bundled and re-enclosed into a plain single envelope and forwarded onto you. A small float for  postage is payable with your application to put your forwarding account into credit and from time-to-time you will need to top this up when it runs low.    Alternatively, we can hold your mail safely until you have time to collect it.
